“LuneStorte” project

The project of the “LuneStorte” parental school comes from the “Lauto Educare” cultural association of Corneliano d’Alba (CN), formed by a group of Langhe and Roero families.
The association, in 2016, after having activated a parental school project for the primary school and childhood, two years earlier, decided to manage a parental school for children aged 11 to 15, organizing workshops and activities ludic-educational for children and families. The goal is to create not a school but an educational project also promoting events and public meetings with pedagogists, writers and experts in the field, to stimulate reflection and discussion on educational issues, and to create synergies with schools and other organizations on the territory. To this end, thanks to the work of the families involved in the project, the premises of a former elementary school of the Municipality of Corneliano d’Alba, which has been in disuse for many years, have been restructured, thus contributing to making a public structure again efficient and available for the local community.
